Details: 
Sec is a simple Blaziken, in the mind and at heart. He loves fighting, training and getting stronger, he's pretty adamant (HAH!) about those things. This guy is nonchalantly super hard-headed and won't run away from a good sparring session or challenge no matter what!
Other than that, don't be fooled by his Bruce Lee physique! He's actually quite the likeable and genuine air-head, a condensed mass of obliviousness and childlike innocence. Though he has somewhat grown in maturity over time, he's basically still the equivalent of an overgrown man-child with the potential of a small atom bomb.
He also REAAAALLY likes kicking stuff... and doesn't use doors for some reason.

Alright so in terms of roles! He's the hype man, the oblivious bro! Basically think DBZA Goku personality wise.
For his voice, I'm really not sure. I can imagine him having a young adult-ish voice as much as can hype-ish teenage voice. Heck, even a kid voice à la Naruto could possibly work.
When he's not yelling and hyped out of his mind his english is pretty bro-ey and lax, not quite thug and gangster but more so the kind of chill dude you'd want to hang out with. So kind of low-key surfer dude I suppose.
So being able to both do passionate and oblivious is pretty important for voicing Sec.

    (Overly casual yet pretty insistent)"C'mooon Sensei! Lemme have a rematch withcha!"

  • (Sounding over-dramatically motivated while explaining his training regiment)"PUSH-UPS TILL I DROP! SQUATS TILL I FALL FLAT!! AND RUNNING TILL MY LEGS AIN'T FEELING A THING!!!"

    Look, I'm real sorry 'bout the whole wall bustin' thing. Your aura is out of whack with stress. So how about we chill, 'kay bud?"

I love your lax attitude and youthful energy for him! You're a high contender for sure! P-S: My friend thinks you sound straight out of Sonic/Fire Emblem. And coming out of him, that's a straight out compliment.

Two of my favorite franchises. It's actually a dream of mine to one day voice Sonic in some capacity, so that really means a lot! :) Here's hoping you get lots and lots of great auditions, this project deserves it! :)
