Mitsuki Katou, the SHSL Costume Designer, is an extremely small girl, with a variety of masks. It wouldn’t be surprising if one to mistake her for a child, especially with her talent- But she would have you believe that she is a horrifying monster, that you should be afraid of.
Her voice should sound childlike and innocent, and preferably have either an incredibly juvenile or creepy tone. Her voice should fall into the high range.
LINE A (High Energy) “Boo! Did I scare ya? Huh? Did I? I bet I did! Oh, right, uh… Mitsuki Katou, SHSL Trick or Treater! Well, the school just calls me a costume designer... but that's boring! Anywho, sorry for spookin' ya!"
LINE B (Laughing) “Hahaha~! I can't believe you fell for that! Oldest trick in the book!”
LINE C (Pouting) “Aww… You’re not even gonna try it on? But I put so much work into it…”
