The Foreman is an honorary title that belongs to the captain of the Changeling Praetorian Guard.  A Foreman specializes in special operations--assassination, infiltration, sabotage, guarding key targets, etc.  The Foreman is a title bestowed on only the most adept of Changelings, and their previous identities are forever cast aside.  The Foreman answers only to the Queen and their authority is second only to her.    Because of the general rarity of such Changelings, it is rare when a Foreman is appointed.  Only seven or so have been reported in Equestria's history of knowing the Changelings, though some theorize that there may have been many more at some point.  And now that the Beast Wars have begun, it seems another Foreman has finally been chosen...
