He is born in Europe, so voice actors with an european accent will be valued, specifically british, although it's not mandatory. Although he speaks Japanese fluidly, he is only in Japan for a trip unlike Eris, so it will be important for him to have an accent. Additionally, Caelus will have a few short lines in foreign languages such as Spanish and French, so it is expected that his voice actor will be able to voice them.
