Colby is the repairman of Cal-Nev-Ari, filling Segali's role after he was forced to retire. He occupies an old Tri-State Rest Stop on the edge of town, having inherited it from his father. Colby is fairly young and should have a standard voice.


Colby does not start any quests, but can repair the player's items.
