Biography
A manga artist who wrote an award winning drama series, and is the author of a currently running shonen action franchise under a pen name. She's from a wealthy family and attended a prestigious all-girls school where they were trained to be "proper ladies", closed off from commoners. She only recently received special permission to leave and mingle with modern society.

Personality
Urara is an eccentric person who speaks and acts in a 'proper' manner due to her upbringing, but is very friendly and rather eccentric and excitable herself. She has a pace that's hard to keep up with. Having lived in a closed community for most of her life, she is incredibly curious and inquisitive and finds herself fascinated by new experiences and her peers. She has a wild imagination and curiosity, which sometimes runs counter to her uptight upbringing. 

Voice Description:
Urara should have a posh, energetic medium-high voice. Being raised in an affluent environment, Urara speaks with a very proper and polite vocabulary. However this does not hamper her giddy and mischievous manner of speech. When encountering things that she finds uncouth or 'illicit' she responds with either a bossy, admonishing tone, or loudly decries it with comical offense. I currently am envisioning Urara with a posh, light British accent.
