Appears in: X-Men Issue 1, Giant-Size X-Men 1
Bio: The founder & leader of the X-Men is none other than Charles Xavier, a very well-to-do bald older gentleman who is confined to a wheelchair. Charles’ Mutant Powers are Mind-Reading and Telepathy in which he frequently uses the former to communicate with the members of the X-Men as he trains the X-Men to fight the evil Mutants who would endanger mankind. In which Professor X is a very firm but fair mentor to the members of the X-Men, as Xavier gets them to run the Danger Room course. Professor X and Cyclops will be the only X-Men roles to appear in both stories and get a sizable amount of lines.
(Note: Xavier will be using his telepathy power plenty of times in both stories so if you see any line that is seen in italics then that means you should use a Echo and/or Reverberate effect on your voice which is a fairly easy process on programs like Audacity but if you really can’t do it then I can provide the effects.
(X-Men
Issue 1, Firm & Authoritative) Attention,
X-Men! This is Professor Xavier calling! Repeat: this is Professor X calling!
You are ordered to appear at once! Tardiness will be punished!
(X-Men Issue 1, Scolding to Concerned) I warned you against over-confidence! This
sudden sound concussion is to test your survival ability! You must not fall to
the ground! Hold on, Angel! Flap your wings! Keep flapping… Don’t stop! You can
do it, boy! You mustn’t fall!(X-Men
Issue 1, Warm Greeting) Come in, my child!
I am Professor Xavier! I am glad you received my message!
(Giant-Size
X-Men 1, Calm & trying to be reasonable) Don’t be too hasty, my young
friend. I’ve come to help you fulfill your dream- to give pride back to your
people. You are special, John Proudstar. You are a Mutant. And you are needed.(Giant-Size
X-Men 1, Concerned & Uncertain) But
will you- will any of my new X-Men be equal to the task that lies before you?
Or will you carry the world into ruin?
(Giant-Size X-Men 1, Firm to Calm &
Wise) Scott—Stop! You’re going about this
all wrong! I’ve been mentally monitoring your battle thus far-- --studying this
living island-- --and I believe I’ve discovered its sole weak point! Now this
is my plan…
I have a Good mic now so better quality sound and no hiss.
