Folly is intensely cruel, and will often fantasize about killing other NPCS or bring up traumatic events that have happened to them in her dialogue. Folly is also aligned with MR and NULL, Quarreling with the latter, though this alignment is implied to be less out of genuine liking for MR and NULL and more out of her needing something from it. Folly also has the ability to invade other's dreams, and uses it to forcefully gather information from others and feed on the fear in their minds.

I imagine Folly's voice as deep, feminine leaning, and somewhat ethereal. Feel free to add effects to her voice, as they most likely will be added anyways.
