Kazama Chikage, 25. Full Blooded Male Oni and Leader of the Kazama Clan in the West in the Satsuma Domain. Kazama and Haruka do not get along. This is due to Haruka have a more positive opinions on Humans then him, which he thinks humans are a waste of time and space, with the exception of creating Sake and beautiful architecture. Kazama is selfish, arrogant, cold, and cruel. He is also aloof, cold, and emotionally distant most of the time, especially when dealing with humans. He can get annoyed with them since he owes the Satsuma Domain a debt in keeping his clan safe and having to follow their orders when they need him. 

If he's to do something unpleasent, he will find a way to make it fun for himself. If he finds something intriguing enough, he'll invest some time to see where it goes. But this can sometimes turn into obsession. He does have a sense of pride and responsibilty in leading his clan, but willing to step down if he's going down a path that only benifits him and not his clan. He has a dry sense of humor, sarcastic, and has difficulty expressing more sentimental emotions, but anger and scorn are ones he cannot hold back and will act on them.  

For his voice, it's best to listen to Tsuda Kenjiro's performance as him in the Anime and Games. It is a deep low voice, deliberately slow like he's talking down to you, almost a drawl. He is most of the time speaking calmy, even if there is a bite behind his words. An airy type of arrogance.
