Calthea is the person in charge of upholding the law and rules of Hellas, and she frequently watches over tournaments, making sure everything is in order during important events. Calthea is known to be incredibly strict, speaking in a loud voice that intimidates anyone who hears it. Despite her job to keep a watchful eye on almost everything in Hellas, she does attend some tournaments in order to improve her looks (which she dearly cares about), and her fighting prowess, though her appearance as a contestant is very rare. She can be known to be a bit antagonistic at times, but deep down, she has a heart for the people of Hellas and she doesn't want anything to happen to them. It's also rumoured that the laws of Hellas are actually upheld by Themis themself, even in present day where Evelyn is from.
