Sylvia is a silver Bob-omb lady, and the wife of Goldbob. She is the stereotypical 'wife of a millionaire' character. She looks down on what she considers 'barbaric' like the fights at the Glitz Pit, though she considers allowing her son, Bub, to learn how to fight for self-defense. She's very concerned with Bub's future and pushes him to study hard.
Sylvia's voice should be that of a posh, high-society lady. I wouldn't mind hearing a posh British accent, but like Goldbob, I feel a posh American accent of some sort would fit better.

(concerned for her child) Combat sports do SO repel me, but my dear Bub WILL be a corporate VP one day... I hear those boardrooms can get quite heated. Perhaps he SHOULD know self-defense... I wonder if there are any reputable self-defense tutors around here...
(arguing disapprovingly) Bub is too small for such things, Goldbob! Stop thinking of your own social status! He needs something that will further his education, not spoil him! Honestly!
