He earned his position not through strategy, but through absolute brutality, personally overseeing the massacre of millions of Auralith civilians when they refused to submit to VORA. Caelus commands every ship in the armada except for the mothership itself.

His voice should carry religious fervor mixed with military discipline. A self-centered, confident leader. His face is not fully covered by armor, so his voice should be clean and not distorted in any way.
