Stephan is a member of the Full-Stop Office, a Fixer office known for their use of firearms. The three are confronted by the Blue Reverberation during a mission and are forced to use their Library invitation for a slim chance at escaping his wrath, though it ends about as well as you'd expect for them. Stephan is the youngest member and is about as brash as you'd expect, but also with a very pessimistic attitude, being quick to complain and also despair when things look hopeless.
For this role, I'm looking for a medium-high voice that's able to switch between kinda fiery/complain-y to depressed pretty quickly. Stephan provides a little bit of comedy in an otherwise serious scene so don't be afraid to be a little bit silly with the last line!

[Observing the Church of Gears.] "I’ve seen all kinds of gears in my life, but 'thought gears' are new to me. The Director asked us to kill ten worshippers, neutralize its leader, and secure her... How long are we gonna sit and watch that? Can’t we start shooting now?"
[Complaining about the Church of Gears Leader dodging their bullets.] "Gah, why is their slippery leader so hard to hit?! This sucks! We paid an arm and a leg for those bullets! If we screw this job up, we’re gonna be bankrupt from all the bullets we’ve wasted!"
[Despairing about dying in the Library.] "How can I not be nervous~ We ended up in the Library we know almost nothing about. Sigh... What was the point of running away from the Blue Reverb if we’re gonna die here anyway. Hellooooooo~~ I’m Stephan, soon to be dead and shelved into your bookcases..."
