This just in from the town of Spring-dale. It appears the town has once again fallen to horrible tragedy by the Legion Presence their. Refugee's claim that may be becoming the new slave capital as the legion pursues to move towards the east. 

That's the thing, I want to talk about this so called Drug Baron, what's his name..... Black Dog. First off, what kind of name is that anyway, and second, where does he get off pedaling that crap. It's people like this that make me wish the world gets set on fire again.

Dawn: No Ron, we have a duty to warn the people of the wasteland to keep their distance. I know there's a lot of people out their hooked on these drugs, like this new hit called vite, but we all need to realize the damage that we're doing to our bodies and our minds when we use the stuff.
