We’re seeking a Casting Coordinator to help organize and manage casting efforts across multiple productions — ensuring that every character finds the perfect voice and that our talent outreach remains professional, inclusive, and efficient.

• Assist with creating and posting casting calls on CCC and other platforms

• Review audition submissions and help organize shortlists for the creative team

• Coordinate callback requests and communicate updates with talent

• Ensure consistent, respectful communication with all applicants

• Support onboarding for new cast members (Discord access, scheduling, credits, etc.)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Familiarity with Casting Call Club and/or other casting platforms

• Professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with voice actors and staff

• Previous experience in casting or production management is a plus, but not required
