Our stories balance grounded character work with rich world-building and cinematic sound, and as our slate of productions grows, we’re looking for a Creative Consultant to help shape big-picture story direction and ensure narrative consistency.

This is not a writing role — instead, you’ll act as a creative sounding board and narrative strategist, helping guide story arcs, themes, and continuity in collaboration with the head writer and producers.

A working copy of Final Draft is preferred for this role but not having it is not a show-stopper.

This role will help determine our group's next audio drama project, so you'll be able to make a big difference right away!

• Provide feedback on season arcs, outlines, and key story developments

• Collaborate with writers and producers to maintain tone, continuity, and character integrity

• Contribute ideas for future stories, themes, and emotional through-lines

• Offer perspective on world-building, pacing, and narrative structure

• Participate in creative meetings and brainstorming sessions

• Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, and character development

• Experience with narrative media (film, TV, games, or audio dramas preferred)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Respectful of others’ creative ownership while offering constructive insight

• Passionate about helping shape cohesive, emotionally resonant stories
