Gravity girl is sweet, fun, and totally into Izuku.  That is, until Izuku makes it weird.  Think of her as the ultimate friendzoner.

(Be prepared to make puking noises.  Just think of it as rainbows.)

  • So I'm going to be a hero.  I'll make that money... so that my mom and dad can have easier lives!

  • It would be bad luck if you fell on your first day, right?

  • You're kind of creepy... I'm going to walk away now.

Hello! I have some things that should help make your auditions better by quite a bit! First off, I wanna say what went RIGHT! I think your voice is good, you speak clearly and even delivered your lines very effectively. The last line was delivered almost exactly how I envisioned! That said, there are a few things hurting the audition that I think if you could manage to fix, you'd be lookin pretty good! First off, watch the puffing. It only happened one time, but when it happened, IT HAPPENED! Just be careful of that, I have faith it isn't a constant issue. Also, you have a fair amount of peaking, but I think that issues is directly related to the last issue. Your quality is a little under the target, and I think it's your microphone. Care to tell me what you use? If I know, I will have a better understanding of how to fix it, or if you would need a new mic all together. It's a little muddy as far as sound, and it's quite echoey. I find it ironic, because some people have crystal clear quality, but fall short on where you seem to be strong! But, if you could remedy this in some way, not only for your auditions here, but anywhere else, you will be very successful in this community I think!

Thanks a whole bunch for the reply! The recording itself was a bit rushed, which could explain the huffing and stuff that were issues on my part ahaha. I feel like this would hurt my chances, but tbh I'm simply recording on my phone (samsung s8+ if that matters?). I know that's a blow, but I'm hoping if I record in a better spot I'll be able to fix the quality issue--that being said, unfortunately I don't have access to anything else, except my earphones which I will also give a try... The audio was also unedited. I'll try to re-audition with whichever produces the clearest sound, and try to further enhance the quality by editing it in audacity. Thank you so much for the feedback, though!

That's pretty impressive! I hope you are able to make something work in your favor! I'm sure money is probably a concern, but I want to mention that the Blue Yeti Mic is the microphone I started with, and it is very adequate for what is necessary for this website. It's about $80, so if you ever have extra money, it's worth a buy to get started! With a phone doing the recording, a lot of issues will be hard to avoid, but if the mic situation is a no go, that will be your available option. Regardless, one day I hope to have the opportunity to hear your voice in a better light, be it from working together or you simply being elsewhere!

Aaa, I understand. Thank you for the advice! I will definitely try to get my hands on a blue yeti if given the chance! :D
