As you may know, Izuku is the protagonist of the entire series! He's naive, has a strong sense of justice, loveable, and really stupid in our abridged series. We want to play to Izuku's natural charm as a passionate protagonist, but just misguide his passions. For example, in the original series he keeps documents of all quirks he encounters, and can give a full description of its uses. The only difference in our series, is that all of this information will be very inaccurate.

He'll still get the job done, just add a little dumb luck.

  • This is the story of how I became the greatest hero in the world!

  • I'm not gunna be your worthless punching bag Deku forever... Kacchan. I'm... I'm the Deku who always does his best!

  • Having no quirk IS my quirk! I'm a special snowflake! ...at least that's what my mom says... And I love my mom!

I'm open to any criticisms that you may have for me!

How about general feedback instead of just criticisms? Your voice fits Deku well, and you did very well with the second line. There was room for emotion, and you took it! Criticisms I can give are: 1: There's a humming noise. Not sure what you're recording with, but if you use an audio software like audacity, you can use an ambient noise reducer! It's better if you can figure it out physically though, what do you think? 2: We made the audition lines for Izuku pretty rough. We threw in a lot of S's in the beginning, middle, and end of words. These tripped you up. Slight slurring and a bit of saliva sound too when too many Ssssssssss were around. No worries, it happens to me too. I hate it. The best way to deal with that though, is to recognize it and focus on it. Identify those problem words and phrases and be mindful of your mouth when you say it. Spit beforehand and stuff like that. I hope that helps, friend!

Thank you so very much for the feedback! The humming is probably coming from the desktop computer that I use. I do have Audacity though so I'll definitely be sure to use the noise reducer where possible. Also, I'll be sure to deal with the slurring around the s's - I've always felt that was going to trip me up but I'll be sure to better it in the future. Again thank you so much and I hope you're having a great day!
