007n7 is a bit of a lesser evil than c00lkidd, but still involves in the chaos. He's more absentminded and dull, but there's always a smile and the glint of fire in his eyes when the buildings burn.
Voice refs: like if you could imagine a mix between Red Guy (DHMIS) and Wooly (Amanda the Adventurer)
