The self-styled "Queen of the Pirates," Divatox has zero interest in frivolous planetary conquest. Her empire building kinks come in the form of furthering the expansion of her interstellar smuggling operations, particularly when it comes to her signature-hit designer drug, Tox.
Targeting the Earth as the next big hotbed for its development and production, Divatox sets her sights on R&D'ing her latest experimental mind-controlling strain of the drug by self-volunteering the currently hottest celebrity on the planet and leader of the Power Rangers--the one and only Promethea Pink Ranger, Kimberly Hart.
