A hyperactive comedian animatronic with a green bow tie and chipped horns. Built to tell jokes and ram into prop barrels, Billy once stole the spotlight with his goofy bleating laugh. After the shutdown, his humor warped — he repeats bad jokes until his voicebox screeches, then bursts into violent laughter that echoes through the halls.
