An Italian, or Neutral, accented Imperial from Cyrodiil, and a clerk at the Roche Company Office's Naval division, the Roche Naval Company.
Currently positioned in Windhelm, overseeing cargo being shipped through the city, Julian is noticeably friendly compared to Windhelm's usual citizens. While often busy going through his lists of passing cargo, or discussing contracts with the representative of the East Empire Company, Julian is very excited to talk to whoever he can, the player included.
This is a very minor character, and one of the future quest givers. He usually has minor tasks for the player to deal with, but will also be involved with direct company contracts, such as taking down certain bandits.
