Voice: Medium pitch, a constant smugness in his tone, especially when addressing his rivals, he's condescending and often times flat out mean
cocky, disgusted - "I came here looking for the best, and I find you..."
pre-race, taunting - "I hope flying out here was worth the disappointment"
cocky, pushy - "You want to lose another car? hand over the keys now, it'll be less embarrassing"

Thanks, I wasn't really giving it my all like I did for Lee. I added a sinister like tone, because since the description said he was dishonorable in a sense, and from his pic I assume he's 30-40. Anyway glad you liked it.
