The Self-Proclaimed overseer of Vault 68. She's Manipulative, Sexist, and has a strong desire for power, and this leads her to make questionable choices. She's very intelligent, and actually pulls off a lot of the schemes she plans. However, she has a slight deformity, in her face as most of the people do in Vault 68 due to the fact that they're inbred.  She looks mostly normal, except for her one abnormally large eye, and unsymmetrical chin.
