As you may know, Izuku is the protagonist of the entire series! He's naive, has a strong sense of justice, loveable, and really stupid in our abridged series. We want to play to Izuku's natural charm as a passionate protagonist, but just misguide his passions. For example, in the original series he keeps documents of all quirks he encounters, and can give a full description of its uses. The only difference in our series, is that all of this information will be very inaccurate.

He'll still get the job done, just add a little dumb luck.

  • This is the story of how I became the greatest hero in the world!

  • I'm not gunna be your worthless punching bag Deku forever... Kacchan. I'm... I'm the Deku who always does his best!

  • Having no quirk IS my quirk! I'm a special snowflake! ...at least that's what my mom says... And I love my mom!

Hello my friend! I'd love to throw a few things your way that might help! First off, I think you have a good voice. Nice, deep, and soothing at times. I think if you tweaked a few things, and practiced where you are able, you could be pretty darn good. First off, your mic quality is a liiiiittle shakey, but not to the point where it is really detrimental. I think there is just a touch of echo? Maybe your computer screen or a nearby wall? You can try tossing a pillow infront of you, or a blanket. Something like that. Like I said, it's not TOO noticeable, but I don't wanna just pretend it isn't there for ya! Also, I think you could work on your emotion. Working on that is hard, but because you are pretty good on all other areas (like annunciation, peaking, and puffing), you can really put all your brain power into it. Now, not ALL lines you did were wrong, cause some of them are pretty casual. But, the lines that need to stand out need to stand out. Overall, you took the safe middle road. Try to really rip into it, but at the same time, don't like the aspects you did correctly if you can! Like, "This is the story of how I became the greatest hero in the world!" Conviction! You are LAYING IT OUT! When he said that line in the show, I was like "WOAHHHHHH!!!! HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?!?!?", because the writer knew that you'd be like "Wow, Modirya is kinda puny", then to have such a BOLD statement?! Take some PRIDE!!!! Haha, sorry, I'm getting a bit into it, but I hope that pumps you up! I hope this helps!

I greatly appreciate your honesty! You are correct about my desk placement, and I will definitely try the pillow trick. Emotion is something I need to work on, for sure, and thank you for your really inspiring words! I'll keep practicing, Voice acting is something I have a passion and respect for, and I'm hoping to one day get there myself! And after listening to my audition for Izuku, I realized, there was so much more passion and drive that I could have put into it. I'll be sure to not let you down with my next audition!
