Fion is Kascen's right hand man in the EMZ and is mainly instructed to stop any competition and steal any advancements they make before it gets out. They are a skilled diver and has made it deeper into the ocean the most others. They occasionally get too into their destructive work and cause problems that Kascen has to fix, but has yet to get actually in trouble due to favouritism. Something is very off about them.
