D.B. Winslow is a 25-year-old branch manager who runs the office floor, overseeing day-to-day operations, staff, projects, and office events. Energetic, funny, and well-meaning, he strives to be the perfect boss, but his awkwardness and tendency to overcompensate often make him come across as slightly naive or disorganized. A true people-pleaser, D.B. desperately wants everyone to like him and is sensitive to criticism, especially from staff. He frequently tries creative or unusual solutions for team-building, which can unintentionally create chaos, making him both endearing and the source of mockumentary-style humor. He has a crush on Diane Gibson, the receptionist!
He is often flustered by the calm authority of corporate, particularly the company president.
