Chibiusa, also known as Sailor Chibi Moon, is Usagi and Mamoru's daughter from the future.  Using a stolen space-time key, she hopes to change the fate of the future by visiting the past.  While butting heads with Usagi at first, they grow to be very close, and she eventually joins the ranks of the Sailor Guardians as Sailor Chibi Moon.  She is cute, caring, and persistent, and her voice should be high with a cutesy/innocent childlike quality to it.
