B.O.B, also known as Behavior Outreach Bot is a supercomputer that guides the player throughout gameplay, all while also providing superficial and witty remarks intermittently during downtime. Think of GLADOS from Portal as a point of reference there.
B.O.B possesses a more flamboyant voice that he puts on as a facade to disarm the player from the reality that he is spiteful and vindictive by design. Has a very sociopathic personality that can be faked to be nice very convincingly but will slowly wither away the further the game progresses.

Reference: Think of John Mulaney but with backhanded compliments and passive aggressiveness in spades. Especially for how he pronounces his “S” in certain sentences where it is very soft and sustained.- english
