Gordon's important position as the engine who pulls the Express has made him proud, pompous, arrogant, stubborn, prideful, and self-important, with a good reason too; he is the fastest steam engine on Sodor. He is extremely proud of this and is inclined to boast. But despite his pompousness, he is goodhearted, always willing to forgive, and uses his superior strength to help smaller engines out of trouble.
The voice I'm looking for Gordon is what I can best describe is not very easy, as I'm looking for a very deep-toned voice that speaks in a very classic posh manner to highlight of his attitude. Similar to Christopher Lee the famous British actor.

*Arrogant* "James is right, Little Thomas, collecting Mr. Conductor is an important job. Important is big, and we are big engines, you are small, so we should have picked him up." *hiccups*
*Questioning in a grumpy manner* "So, what are we going to do little Thomas? Mr. Conductor is lost and it's all your fault. Not surprising."
*mournful* "I can't, Sir. The others say I've got boiler-ache, but I haven't sir. I keep thinking of the dreadful state of the world, sir. Is it true, Sir, what the diesels say?"
