If you don't already know who Charmy is I'm gonna put his character bio from his first game in Japanese and here's Sonic Heroes for safe keeping.

Sonic Heroes

Charmy Bee (6 y/o)

Frivolous and scatterbrained, he loves to play more than anything else and is always energetically flying around. Acts first and asks questions later, and by the time he realizes it, it is already too late.

Although he is registered as an investigator of the detective agency, he is more of a mascot, the life of the party who enlivens the team with his natural cheerfulness and wildness. He has a childlike innocence, and because of this, he has excellent intuition and points out things that no one would notice. 

His trademark is his flight uniform and helmet. He rarely gets angry, but when he does, he will use the needle in his buttocks to deliver a kamikaze attack on his opponents, delivering a regretful blow to them.

Sonic Channel:

Solebinku's Personal Direction:

Charmy is just a loud kid almost to the point of being a little annoying but he is the cheer squad of the group. He is 100% a Soprano he's squeaky as hell. He love repeating what someone else says or talking crap, he's just a kid man lol.
