She doesn’t waste time on sugarcoating things, but there’s always a quiet warmth behind her actions, especially when it comes to the people she cares about.
Before all this, she used to live a completely different life — a thief, fast on her feet and even faster with her decisions. She and Yukii were once a team, pulling off one of the most dangerous heists in Fenghuangzhen: stealing a relic that hadn’t been seen by the public in years. Everything went as planned... until the escape.
When it came time to run, Chao-Xing hesitated. Not because she was afraid — but because her little brother was still there, and she couldn’t stand the thought of him suffering for her choices. So she stayed behind, letting Yukii go while she took the fall.
Now exiled to Ashgard, she doesn’t look back with regret. She has her brother, she has a purpose, and she’s finally free to live life the way she wants. Chao-Xing still misses the thrill of old times, but she’s not bitter. She’s just... moving forward, one step at a time.
Loyal to the bone and surprisingly protective, she might seem blunt at first, but if she lets you in, you’ll never have to face the world alone again.
