Looking to assign 3-4 people to this role.

Backgrounds will be lineless/painted as is standard in most modern animes. 

Specific roles on this team include:

- Background layout - works in conjunction with Storyboard and Environment Design (and sometimes 3D Modelling) to create a sketch in perspective of the shot required

- Shader - shades the Layout artist's sketch

- Painters - renders the shaded sketch with appropriate lighting
