Yasel is Austen's younger sibling. I'm pretty sure they're non-binary, although I can't be completely positive. They are quirky and energetic (and won't hesitate to barge into your apartment). You can do whatever voice you'd like for this character! I want to see your ideas. Try to make it as gender neutral as possible.
[sniff] But it's a three hour trip, it'll be dark by the time I get home. And I'm just a small, sweet child, anything could happen to me!
[bursting into laughter] You're completely serious, aren't you? [dialing down the giggles] I can't believe this, are you an only child? I thought so, you're hilarious.
And of course, the universe rewarded my selfless generosity by making everything turn out well as soon as I got here. Wow, I'm such a good person!
