OVERVIEW
Halwyn Nordenfalk is a Strigalv Arbiter from the west of Striga and the right hand of the Jarl.
Halwyn is an intense character with a negative character arc (he started from a good place and twisted due to cirumstances).
More info will be given to successfully cast voice actors (NDA & Spoilers available).
The talent should be able to portray a twilit personality that is calm and brooding but intense and with depth, authorative, strict and serious, but also sensual and emotional when it is called for. Due to the nature of his relationship/dynamic with another character, the talent should be comfortable performing flirty/sensual and suggestive lines (there is implied explicit material but it is not described). The dynamic of the relationship is a power play, similar to rivals to lovers, and quite intense.
