Zoey is a sort of mother figure to Felicia. Felicia was rescued by the fellow Purrloin during a raging fire that caused Felicia and her parents to be separated. With a little force by Felicia and some reluctance by Zoey, Felicia was taken in and treated like a permanent member of this huge house full of new faces, such as Miles, Zoey's husband and a skilled mechanic; Midge, the house's happy "fun uncle"; Everest, an edgy teen; and Moe, a quiet, reserved giant called Moe.
