Despite his eerie appearance, Kane is gentle, polite, and thoughtful. He has an old soul’s patience, often listening more than he speaks. Though his shadowy visage can unsettle strangers, those who spend time with him quickly see his warmth and kindness. He believes every encounter, no matter how brief, is meaningful. He treats everyone he meets with dignity and respect.
For Kane's voice I was imagining he would sound similar to Jim Cummings version of Doctor Robotnik, but I'm open to other interpretations, of course. So it doesn't have to be exact.

(Sincere, with quiet strength): I will not raise my hand against you. If you choose to fight, know that it will be your choice, not mine.
(Softly, with a tinge of sadness): People recoil at first glance, and I do not blame them. Still… I hope they might linger long enough to know me.
