Hector is one of the two original vampires in the Atomguard mod. The mod's lore states that he was working on the FEV before the Great War with his sister Jade. The FEV was a virus developed by the US government that mutated human DNA. Their experiments lead them to become mutated into anomalies of FEV mutation, vampires. Hector is a cardiomant, he bends flesh and blood to his will. He is sadistic but also calculated in his cruelty. His personality greatly mirrors Lord Harkun from Skyrim's Dawnguard DLC. He desires to convert as many people as he can into vampires like himself while eradicating all who dare oppose his kind and himself.
