Background:

While she does have a voice actor in the game she doesn't say anything significant. So she doesn't have to sound like how she does in vanilla New Vegas. She should sound feminine but not too high. Her voice should be smooth and seductive.



Side-quest

If the player decides to couple the King and Penelope they have to convince these two to quit. Spoiler one of the options to do so is to matchmake these two.
