Kami is a strange, unsettling rabbit-like being that Axwell first encountered deep in the woods while investigating reports of an “anomalous creature” knocking things over. What he thought was just another cryptid sighting turned into something far more complicated — Kami wasn’t just another case to document; she was intelligent, smug, and absolutely unbothered by his attempts to study her. In fact, she seemed to enjoy intimidating him, answering his questions with teasing remarks and staring just a little too long, as if she could see straight through him.

Despite the unnerving first impression, the two eventually formed an unlikely bond. Now, Kami lives with Axwell as his roommate — though “roommate” might be too casual a term for someone who still feels more like an ancient predator wearing a mortal body. Around the apartment, she’s aloof and sarcastic, fond of poking fun at Axwell’s paranoia and dramatic theories, yet she quietly looks out for him in her own subtle ways.

Kami carries herself with a quiet confidence and an intimidating presence — she never needs to raise her voice to make someone uneasy.

Voice Type: Medium to low female or androgynous tone — confident, cool, and a little unnerving. A perfect example voice i have envisioned is Jasper from steven universe.
