If you don't already know who Silver is I'm gonna put his character bio from Sonic Channel and Sonic 2006 for safe keeping.
Sonic Channel:
A silver hedgehog wielding psychic powers, who came from the future.
Possessing a strong sense of justice and a straightforward, gentle nature, he never abandons hope even in the most desperate situations. He is willing to sacrifice himself to protect world peace and people’s smiles.
He possesses combat abilities high enough to match Sonic and Shadow, and demonstrates particularly strong power when using his psychic abilities to “protect” something.

Ok so for Silver like Jet you have to have some anime boy tone to it. Silver is a middle calm tenor with a bit of innocence. He's just Future Trunks from DBZ so use that and his Japanese voice as a reference. He is known to be rude to adding that to his voice consciously or unconsciously is important. He isn't super high pitched like the dub but is more casual. Again cool anime guy but Trunks is pretty much it.
Japanese sources are always helpful, check them out! Silver is just Trunks none of that baby stuff lol.
