Diglett is the sentry of the guild. He examines footprints to determine what Pokemon is at the entrance when they step over a grate. He is easily flustered when he doesn't know which footprint belongs to a Pokemon

I'd imagine him sounding very young and a bit of volume in his tone as if he is announcing everything.
