Baron Mango for Captain Harlow – Gruff police captain at the docks (Act 2). Short-tempered, authoritative, skeptical of Jack.
Captain Harlow is a seasoned, no-nonsense police captain. Gruff, sharp, and used to being in charge, he has little patience for Jack Marlowe meddling in his crime scenes. His voice should be authoritative, with a weary edge of someone who’s seen too much. A supporting role, but with a strong presence in Act 2.

“Marlowe. Must be my lucky day.” (Dry, sarcastic — like he’s greeting a nuisance he didn’t want to see.)
“That’s because I found you at my crime scene. Beat it. This one’s above your pay grade.” (Commanding, irritated — Harlow flexing authority, shutting Jack down.)
“Walk away, Jack. Do yourself a favor.” (Low, serious warning — more personal than official, almost protective under the gruffness.)
