Blackbird is a British businessman who severely hates both The Servators and the buyer. The Servators because they foil his plans one after another, and the buyer because he's being out-profited by him. He has a particular hatred for Jake, because Trixie was originally Blackbirds source of information, but Jake saved her when being transported from a laboratory to the Interitus Inc. Tower (which Blackbird owns). Blackbird is essentially the mob boss of the city (still unnamed). He is cocky, mean, laid back, and pretty much easy going about everything. He never gets angry

Ok, so, hearing it now, I've decided his voice isn't meant to be that low. Apologies for that, I was just not entirely sure how to say what I had in mind. If you would like to give it another go, feel free to do so. Side note: I don't want to cast you for Bodyguard/Thugs quite yet, purely because multi-rolling main characters with side characters is something I want to stay away from.
