Background
Lucio Maldonado is a man in his 20s from Juarez, Mexico. He is the Ultimate Astronomer.
Personality
Sensible and a bit dreary, Lucio tries to maintain an air of humbleness despite his accomplishments. However, he is actually very judgmental and has a bit of an ego. He wants to disregard people he deems annoying or incompetent but doesn't in an attempt to spare their feelings. He's very socially aware and detail oriented, and he beats himself up for even the slightest mistakes.
Voice
Texan accent. Very soft spoken, similar to Clay Bailey (flash warning for the clip!) from Xiaolin Showdown but a bit quieter and higher. Lucio is a transgender man: trans-masculine/trans male voice actors will prioritized in terms of casting, but anyone can apply for the role.

Actually, when I found Virginis 39, I wanted to name it after my family. Unfortunately, they didn't let me... but it's thought that counts, I suppose.
