Axl Low is stuck in a strange series of temporal events. Originally from 20th century Britain, this time traveling hooligan wishes to return to his own time, yet always manages to fail in some way, with his current exploits landing him in a temporal feedback loop; aka a timeline that no longer exists.
In spite of his strange, and horribly unlucky circumstances, Axl retains an air of optimism that is rarely broken by bad news; which he gets a lot of. Though Axl does have a woman in his life, though stuck in another timeline, it doesn't stop him from flirting with others from time to time.
Voice Type: Medium, Medium-High; Bright, cheery, optimistic tone of voice (English Accent Required) [East London is Optimal)

Excellent delivery on the accent, and the energy you give to your tone serves to further emphasize this. Pitch is also in a good place, and serves to compliment that light-hearted tone you're emulating on Axl. No real complaints on this one, except for perhaps making the last part of line 3 a little slower for more impact.
