She lives in a very poor household alongside her injured husband, Dave, and her elderly mother-in-law, Abby. Moriah’s past is marked by loss, as her entire family perished during the war. Despite the struggles her family faces, including poverty and her son’s descent into stealing to help make ends meet, Moriah remains a loving, kind-hearted, and resilient mother.

Her unwavering concern for Lynx drives much of her actions, as she constantly worries about his safety and the path he’s taken. Moriah is the glue holding her family together, providing emotional support while enduring immense hardship herself.
