Official Profile

A mysterious woman who introduces herself as a member of the Kisaragi Foundation. Formally the Ultimate Professor, she now carries out a mission to find a certain person. She projects an aura of seriousness and professionalism that makes her seem cold, but she cares more about others than she lets on.


Director's Notes

Actor must project the image of a serious, driven woman who has an air of competence. That's pretty much her main mode.

For Rei's voice, we'd like a Medium to Medium-Low pitch female voice with a mature and serious tone. In many ways she should sound like the typical "serious woman" anime voice.

  • (Business-like) My name is Rei Mekaru. I was once known as the Ultimate Professor, but now I work for the Kisaragi Foundation.

  • (Authoritative/Cold) You will be placed in the custody of the Kisaragi foundation until you are handed over to the court. After that, I don't care what happens to you.

  • (Regretful) Honestly, we should have caught him during the "Ryutaro Incident"...but I made a fatal error...
