As the Ultimate Gardener, Tetsuya Saeki grows a lot of… stuff he shouldn’t. And even if it’s illegal, he makes a profit off of growing and selling the… stuff he shouldn’t. He also smokes the… stuff he shouldn’t. All the time. That’s his whole personality! You get the point. If you don’t, here’s more description! Tetsuya is a very spaced out and off topic person. He doesn’t really participate in meaningful and serious conversations, favoring the sanctuary of his own head over whatever it is that he doesn’t pay attention to. The only thing he really cares about other than his… stuff he shouldn’t grow is his younger sister, Sachiko. The two of them have been two peas in a pod, and are really close! If you’re not his sister, then he’s got better fish to fry, or better… stuff he shouldn’t have to sell.

Tetsuya’s voice is on the lower side, but not too low. When he talks, he sounds very spaced out and distant, clearly elsewhere in his head. I’d also love to see him with a slight rasp, but that’s optional.
