Puck, also known as Rat Kid before introducing himself, is a non-player character in Final Fantasy IX. He is the prince of Burmecia, and the first Burmecian met in the game when he acts as Vivi Ornitier's guide in Alexandria.
[bumps into Vivi at the start of the game] Owww! Why you-- get outta my way!!!
[meeting Vivi again on the Alexandria's alley way] Hey, you! Shrimp! You're the one with the phony ticket, ain'tcha? I saw the guy tell you it was a fake!
[in the steeple, getting irritated for waiting Vivi to climb the ladder] Hey, slave! I thought I ordered you up here!!!
